I'm Tiffany. Baking is my passion! I'm self-taught and love experimenting with new techniques and different types of dessert and treats. When I'm stressed, happy, or bored, you'll most likely find me in the kitchen whipping up a fresh batch of something delicious.

Warm Mittens is a passion project. I started baking for family and friends, then neighbors and now friends of friends. While I still consider baking a hobby, it's a craft that I've honed through years of experimentation, love and attention to detail. I bake because it makes me happy, and it makes the people I bake for happy.

Let these Hawaiian Butter Mochi bars make you a believer of mochi! This is a gluten-free, coconut, rich and chewy bar. It's made with Mochiko, a rice flour that gives these bars an incredible texture.

Sprinkle Sugar Cookies

These festive and colorful cookies are a sure way of cheering up anybody with a sweet tooth. Also, they are perfect for putting in any lunch box.

I don't know many people who don't enjoy a sugar cookie, but these beauties are full of buttery goodness and are soft on the inside with some crunchy sprinkles. It is pure vanilla bliss and takes me back to my childhood days.

Pineapple Buns

For breakfast, lunch, or an afternoon snack. These pair extremely well with a cup of coffee or tea.

Don't let the name fool you, these buns don't contain any hint of pineapple whatsoever. This Taiwanese pastry is said to resemble a pineapple, but it's made with a buttery rich dough and a slightly sweet crunchy topping.

These scrumptious gems are my favorite thing to send in a care package because I don't know of many to resist a really delicious chocolate chunk cookie.
